A shamanic plant dieta is an ancient Amazonian practice of forming a sacred relationship with a plant spirit. Through devotion, simplicity, intention, and deep listening, the plant begins to teach, guide, and reveal its medicine.
A dieta is not only about the plant itself — it is about the connection. Each plant you diet leaves an imprint on your being. Its frequency, teachings, and healing become part of who you are, continuing to support and shape your path long after the dieta ends.
At its heart, a dieta is a spiritual agreement: you open yourself to the plant, and the plant opens itself to you.
This practice invites clarity, protection, inner vision, and transformation, rooted in deep respect for the wisdom of the natural world.

This program teaches the principles, cosmology, and protocols of plant dietas while helping you build a relationship with the plant spirits through ritual, discipline, dreaming, intention, and integration, all within a safe, modern, grounded container.

Important Note
This apprenticeship does not include traditional isolation. Instead, it offers the teachings, foundations, and spiritual preparation needed to engage with the plants respectfully and safely whether internally through visionwork now or physically in the jungle later.
Duration & Commitment
Dietas typically range from 14 days to a year depending on the plant and your calling. This is a serious commitment that requires preparation, dedication, and respect for the tradition. This is an initiation to a shamanic plant dieta or an apprenticeship, requiring dedication, presence, and a sincere calling to the path. Participants meet weekly, receive structured teachings and practices, and are guided through a progressive journey of alignment, discipline, and spiritual growth.
