ABOUT ME
Ma aka Chonon Quena is her given Shipibo
name. She was born in 1977 to a Swedish mother and a
 Haitian father. She is widely recognized as a
prominent proponent of women’s empowerment;
 her ongoing work is an active force to the planetary
 shift to the dominant Divine Feminine as the driving
force for positive change. Mother of three children,
 Ma began her journey as a Shamballa Multi Dimensional Healing practitioner as well as a Sophrologist, before her life path surfaced with her introduction to the indigenous medicine from the Peruvian Amazon.
She has had the privilege to learn in the Shipibo shamanic tradition starting in 2007 from one of the last Grand Maestros alive in our time, Kestembetsa, as well as studying under and working closely with Ricardo, Maestro Antonio and Maestra Rosa.

An accomplished Vegetalista (spiritual herbalism of the Amazon), Tantric Numerologist, Kabbalist and Yogini, her path also
includes mantras, womb work, fasts, as well as hindu and buddhist approaches. Her work has defined her as a powerful force of feminine healing practitioner, she lead and created healing communities around the world, throughout Europe, Asia, Indonesia, North, South and Central Americas. Her existential understanding of the historic and present subjection of women around the world mirroring the reality of the treatment of Mother Earth derives from her heuristic approach. She is dedicated to living purposefully through serving her calling to provide teachings that will allow children to receive, experience and share love.

She is currently producing and directing Awakening Love, a nonprofit film with a primary focus on children’s education.
Ma's firm belief is that love is the only lasting solution to the problems of the world, and that the Divine feminine wisdom is the conduit of compassion and love.
